What Makes You Feel Hungry?
Our desire to eat is basically governed by the combined effect of three different hormones namely Ghrelin, Neuropeptide Y and Leptin. Ghrelin is called the hunger stimulation hormone whereas Leptin is known as the hunger suppression hormone.
